It would be nice to have ground movements like towing an aircraft from the gate to a parking stand on the other side of the airport. This would make it possible to have a far more realistic schedule as aircrafts don’t block a gate for several hours when arriving in the morning but departing in the evening.
Yes - for example at San Fran they often bring planes from the united hangers across 28r/l and into the terminal for outbound legs
have noticed on a number of airports that planes ask for departure from hanger areas

Ya defiently agree especially at airports with not many gates
this works best at airports that typically serve more across sea routes like JFK LHR CDG MIA HND SIN ICN and especially BOS and also would be cool for more domestic base airports like ATL ORD DFW DTW.,overall this would make some airports much more playable like JFK BOS and so on
Or even a gate to another gate like at Chicago when a united or American plane comes in internationally it goes to the international terminal and then gets towed to other concourses or a empty stand If has a long layover (what this post is about)
