Airport Ops vehicles , e.g. for runway inspections, etc#450

In real airport operations runways and taxiways, for example, are inspected on a frequenct basis. Could Airport ops vehicles be added, controlled by the tower to do inspections and the like, just to add to the Chaos? This could them be improved by the addition of Airport Fire Brigade (training and if emergencies werre added, whcih would also warrent a runway inspection).
