Aircraft ready for push and start same priority#399

When its busy at airports you always have to give push back to aircraft as soon as they pop up because they get overridden by ready to taxi, contact departure and on finals voice commands they’re bottom of the list. Having these as the same priority would not only help but improve the immersion too.
