New airport recommendation: EHRD#377

I hereby submit the request to construct / implement a new small airport, namely EHRD (Rotterdam The Hague Airport) in the Netherlands, South Holland. This airport is primarily used for regional traffic and by private pilots, or in other words, offers a greater opportunity for these types of flights.
