We already can specify how every single gate is used by which airline. But we can’t yet force a specific gate for a specific flight. Example is LAX where an airline is using Terminal 6 e.g. but international flights might arrive at Terminal B for customs etc. My idea would be to flag these flights in the schedule like the cargo flights. Something like the name of the terminal (according to the terminal file) you would like to use for this flight.
Another use would especially be for the SKW flights. They operate for 4 different airlines. Or at airports like KSAN where airlines might use both terminals (like Alaska).
