Enable more customisation for pushback procedures; such as:
PUSHBACK APPROVED FACING SOUTH, LONG PUSH (to clear neighbouring position)
PUSHBACK APPROVED ONTO #taxiway1 (if directly behind parking position there is more than one taxiway; e.g. EDDM: E2, C2, W2) - this is done in real life quite often
