Change aircraft delays from Major faults to minor or a new delay fault.
Reason: When you are playing single player and controlling a major airport all by yourself with 40 aircraft under your control, you shouldn’t be penalized the same for aircraft collisions or near misses as for prioritizing safety and not pushing an aircraft back because of incoming traffic.
