Controller position mentioned to aircraft+QNH#340

ATC could include their active position and QNH information in transmissions. For example:
“AUA235, Munich Tower, good evening, QNH 1016, runway 26L, cleared for takeoff.”
In other words, allowing the controller position (e.g., Munich Tower, Munich Ground) and QNH to be part of standard phraseology would be a tremendous addition.

I have not worked on the altimeter phrasing yet, but I have figured out the specific facility names though. There is a commands.csv mod I left in the User-Edits of discord. While it does not have Munich, it give you the formating to create it yourself.
