Hotkey for “Next Event / Next Radio Message"#318

A dedicated hotkey to jump to the next event or the next radio message would make gameplay much smoother.
Right now, players need to speed up time with the mouse and then manually slow back down at the exact right moment to catch the next communication. This is imprecise and can easily lead to overshooting important events.

A simple keyboard shortcut — for example N for Next — could automatically advance time to the next pending radio message or event, either by instantly jumping to it or by temporarily increasing time speed (e.g., to ×16) until the event is reached, and then returning to normal speed.

This would keep the game flow clean and remove the need for constant manual speeding up and slowing down.
