New Airport Suggestion RJBB#257

Would be great to see Kansai Intl airport in the game. It is entirely built on an artificial island in Osaka bay (just like Kobe airport but bigger) and serves as one of the main international airports for Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe in Japan.
