Add Updated Pushback Tugs#244

Redo the pushback tags for narrow bodies and wide bodies to make it more realistic. For the narrow bodies (B767 Down) you could have a normal pushback tug with the tow bar. And for widebodys (B767 Up) You could remodel the original tug to make it look more realistic! Hope this helps! I also have a few tug models I could send you.
