"Exit after"/"Exit at XYZ or later" command#223

Ability to use “Exit after”/“Exit at XYZ or later” commands to instruct aircraft to vacate runway after specific taxiways to avoid conflicts/aid traffic flow

This would be great in addition to #66 +1
