Add random Events#217

Hi There,

as there is already suggested a Feature for random go-arounds ( #69 ), I had an Idea.
What if we add the Emergency Codes, like Mayday Fuel, Thread levels, VIP-Aircraft causing a complete Ground stop and so on, which can disrupt any normal opration.

My Ideas for start are:

• Engine Fire
• Total or Partial engine loss
• Mayday Fuel
• VIP Aircraft
• Rejected Takeoffs due to errors

and so on.
