Update Multiplayerlobby#186

It would be nice to see a List of all connected Players in a Lobby. Right now only the Host can see the Players, when viewing the dropdown at a frequency. And add the option like in Singleplayer, to just preload 1 hour, 2 hours, etc of the scedule. I can’t know for sure, but I thing it will always load the whole scedule in Multiplayer. By this you can speed up loading times. And maybe you can End game like in the carrear, that the game ends after all planes got handled
